By accessing and using TUKUO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

TUKUO is a Point of Sale (POS) system that provides businesses with tools for managing transactions, inventory, products, and store operations. The Service is provided by PT DUZA SEJAHTERA ABADI.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to transmit harmful or malicious content

5. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PT DUZA SEJAHTERA ABADI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

PT DUZA SEJAHTERA ABADI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
